Five Bedrooms (Sleeping up to 14)		Work & Meeting Areas
	Share a room with friends or family in one of our cute furnished bedrooms! Each room is equipped with enough personal space so each guest can feel comfortable.		We have several areas in our home that provide space for you to spread out and accomplish your task at hand.
Dining Area		Living Area
	All meals, which are prepared at our neighboring property, The Red Rooster Retreat are provided. Guests are welcome to dine at either location, space permitting.		Our spacious living areas invite guests to enjoy friendly conversation, read a good book, play a fun game or just sit back and relax.
Outdoors		Recreation
	Beautiful in all seasons, the Snowbird Retreat gives guests stunning views of Smith Lake. This remote location is home to many species of flora and fauna.		Take time to relax in our jacuzzi or at the pool located at The Red Rooster Retreat. Spend time on Smith Lake by taking a ride on our pontoon boat.
